The Subscriptions Overview page provides a visualization of the revenue, trial data, subscription data and cancellations associated with a specific account. The Subscription Overview page contains an interactive display allowing the user to quickly and effectively navigate visually through the data.

 

IMPORTANT FEATURE NOTE: In order to gain the most from Subscriptions it is HIGHLY recommended that both Measurement and IdentityLink™ be enabled.

Subscriptions Overview Filters

Entitlement Label(s):

The Subscription Overview chart can be organized by the labels associated with all or specific Entitlements. For example, you are interested in viewing all of your subscriptions that have a duration of 1 month and contain a custom label such as special offer. For more information about Entitlement Labels, refer to our Creating and Editing Subscription Entitlements support documentation.

 

Duration:

The Subscription Overview chat can be organized by a single subscription duration, multiple durations or all of the durations associated with the selected account.

 

Store(s):

The Subscription Overview chat can be organized by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe or the chart may display the subscriptions for all of the stores.

 

App(s):

The Subscription Overview chart can be organized by a single app, multiple apps or all of the apps associated with the selected account.

 

 

Date Range:

By default, the data displayed is set to cover the previous 30 days.

The following options are available for date range selection:

  • Today — The current day from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59:59 p.m.
  • Yesterday — The last full day from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59:59 p.m.
  • Week-to-date — From Monday to the current time of the current week.
  • Last week — From Monday to Sunday of the last completed week.
  • Last 7 days — The last 7 days up to the current time of the current day.
  • Month-to-date — From the first day of the current month to the current time of the current day.
  • Last month — All days within the previous month.
  • Last 30 days — The last 30 days including the current day.
  • Custom — Based upon selection.

 

The date range can be adjusted by selecting one of the predefined selections, clicking on the desired dates within the calendar or manually entering the desired date range into the provided date fields.

Subscriptions Overview Chart

The Subscriptions Overview chart is a representation of Revenue, Trials, Subscriptions, Pending Cancelations and Cancelations associated to the app(s) within the specified date range.

 

Revenue:

Displays the Sum of all subscription revenue events during the time period, and is represented by the green line.

NOTE: The currency of the subscription is automatically converted to USD.

 

Trials:

Is represented by the blue line and displays:

  • Active — The number of active users during the specified date range.
  • Converted — The rate at which users convert into a subscribed user when the free trial period has ended

 

Subscriptions:

Is represented by the yellow line and displays:

  • Active — Users that triggered the first (paid) subscription in app during the specified date range.
  • Renewed — Users that have successfully completed a subscription renewal during the specified date range.

 

Pending Cancelations:

Is represented by the orange line and displays:

  • Voluntary — Users who have canceled renewal of the subscription but their subscription period has not ended.
  • Involuntary — Users who have not canceled renewal of the subscription, however due to a billing issue, the subscription will be cancelled when the subscription period expires.

 

Cancelations:

Is represented by the gray line and displays:

  • Voluntary — Users who have canceled renewal of the subscription and their subscription period ended.
  • Involuntary — Users who have not canceled renewal of the subscription, however due to a billing issue no payment was collected, the subscription period has ended.

 

A. Total: All revenue within the time frame.
B. Active: All Active trials within the selected time frame. Converted: Users that have converted from a free or trial subscription to a paid subscription within the time frame.
C. Active: All Active subscriptions within the selected time frame. Renewed: Users who have renewed their subscription within the time frame.
D. Voluntary: Users who have canceled their subscription of their own accord but their subscription period has not ended. Involuntary: Subscriptions that have been canceled due to billing reasons, the subscription will end at the end of the subscription period.
E. Voluntary: Users who have canceled their subscription of their own accord within the time frame. Involuntary: Subscriptions that have been canceled due to billing reasons within the time frame.

 

The Subscription Overview chart displays data associated with selections within the Revenue, Trials, Subscription, Pending Cancelations and Cancelations categories; the graphical representation of the data updates in response to alternate selections within the Revenue, Trials, Subscription, Pending Cancelations and Cancelations categories.

Each category (Revenue, Trials, Subscription, Pending Cancelations and Cancelations) is represented on the interactive chart by a vertical axis which is color coded for easy identification. The horizontal axis represents the date range selected, and all totals are cumulative along the duration of the date range.

Mousing over any part of the interactive chart will display the corresponding data for each category (Revenue, Trials, Subscription, Pending Cancelations and Cancelations) for the corresponding date within the time frame. Moving the mouse along the horizontal axis will display the data for any of the dates within the selected time frame.

Changing the selections within the Revenue, Trials, Subscription, Pending Cancelations and Cancelations categories will update any corresponding mouseover data within the interactive chart.

Downloading the Subscriptions Overview Chart Data

The data displayed within the Subscriptions Overview chart can be downloaded in the following formats:

 

Download Graphically:

Click the Download Button > Select Image > Select a file format:

  • PNG
  • JPG
  • SVG
  • PDF

 

Download Data:

Click the Download Button > Select Data >CSV.

 

Print Data:

Click the Download Button > Select Print.
