NOTE: The information contained within this page provides information for both marketers and premium publishers. Distinct differences between the views and tools available to premium publishers and marketers are specifically noted where applicable.
Fraud Console Interface
- Log in to Kochava.
- Select Account Options>Fraud Console.
- From the Fraud Console drop-down menu, Select Click Flooding.
NOTE: By default, the Fraud Console Summary page is loaded.
Click Flooding Overview
The Click Flooding page is divided into four main sections; the click flooding overview graph, metrics section, app selection section and the data detail section.
NOTE: Account selection is available for premium publisher users and app selection is available for marketing users.

Click Flooding Metrics
The date range for the click flooding page may be filtered by predefined segments of time. The following segments of time are available:
- 7 Days
- 30 Days
- 60 Days
The following options are available for the Group By option:
Premium Publishers —
The data displayed in the click flooding graph and the data detail section can be associated with either the accounts or apps selected. By default, all premium publisher accounts or marketer apps are selected. Accounts or apps may be deselected, and the amount of data associated with the account or app is indicated by the blue bar directly below the account or app.
A. Select or deselect all accounts/apps.

Click Flooding Graph
The Click Flooding graph is a visual representation of the cumulative percentage of clicks identified and the cumulative percentage of installs. Mousing over any of the rows, displays the corresponding percentage of total installs that are attributed to the percentage of clicks.
NOTE: The cumulative percentage of total installs that occurred during the corresponding time is displayed in gray and the cumulative percentage of total clicks is indicated in blue.
A. The number of clicks to every one install.
B. Cumulative percentage of installs and cumulative percentage of clicks.
C. Mouseover Data. Gray indicates the cumulate percentage of total installs, blue indicates the cumulative percentage of total clicks.
Refine Click to Install Range
The data for a specific click/install range can be viewed in further detail.
- Click, hold and drag over a click/install range to refine.
Click, hold and drag over a time range.
The selected click/install range is now displayed. Specific data for each click/install segment can be viewed by mousing over the segment.
NOTE: The click/install range can be refined down to segments.

B. Click to return to original click/install range.
The detail data section provides an in-depth look into the cumulative number of clicks, the cumulative number of installs and the click-to-install ratio (CTI). Data is organized by the selected Group By option and selections or deselections are reflected within the click flooding graph. The data may also be exported to a CSV file.
A. Top Level Group By category.
B. Click Count, Install Count, and Click to Install (CTI) Ratio.
C. Second Level Group By category.
Top level Group By categories can be expanded by clicking on the Category Expand button.
Data within the detail data section can be exported by clicking on the Download Button.
Blacklisting a Site
Marketers have the opportunity to add sites to their Account Blacklist which enables the application of the Kochava Fraud Blacklist traffic verification rules.
- Select the desired Group By:
- Locate the desired Site.
- Click the Add Site ID to Blacklist.
NOTE: Apps, Networks and Trackers are not eligible to be added to the Global Fraud Blacklist, their Add Site ID to Blacklist button will be grayed out.
NOTE: To manage the real-time Global Blacklist, refer to or Global Fraud Blacklist support documentation.
