Manage Account Blacklist

The Fraud Console Account Blacklist page provides visibility to the Site IDs, IP Addresses and Device IDs that have been added to the Local Blacklist. The associated traffic will be added to the Account Blacklist and also will be flagged by Kochava’s Traffic Verifier.

NOTE: Traffic Verifier must be enabled to filter the traffic associated with the Site IDs, IP Addresses and/or Device IDs added to the Account Blacklist. For more information about enabling Traffic Verifier, refer to our Traffic Verifier support documentation.


Fraud Console Interface

  1. Log in to Kochava.
  2. Select the desired Account.
  3. Select Fraud Console>Manage Account Blacklist.

Manage Account Blacklist

Once site IDs, IP addresses or device IDs have been added to the Account Blacklist through one of the Fraud Console pages, blacklisted IDs may be viewed, organized and removed through the Account Blacklist page. Exceptions may also be added manually to the Account Blacklist.

 

Blacklist Categories:

The sites within the Account Blacklist can be displayed by Site ID, Device ID or IP Address.

Remove Site from Blacklist

Once a site, device ID or IP address has been added to the Account Blacklist through one of the Fraud Console pages, the site may be removed.

  1. Locate the desired Site, Device ID or IP Address.
  2. Click the Remove Site ID from Blacklist.
  3.  


Adding an Exception

Sites may be added manually to the Account Blacklist.

  1. Click Add Exception.
  2. Select a Network.
  3. Enter a Site ID.
  4. Enter a Reason for Adding Exception.
  5. Click Save.
